PALA KOVA(KALKANDA)




PALA KOVA


Ingredients:

*Milk : 500ml
*Lemon juice : 6 to 8 drops
*Ghee : 3 tablespoons
*Sugar : 4 spoons

Method :

1.Boil Milk and add Lemon juice to it and keep it aside.

2.Heat a pan and add Ghee to it.

3.Pour the milk into pan and add sugar.

4.Heat and stir this mixture till the Milk separates into particles and becomes thick.
