CHICKEN KABOB



Ingredients

300 grams Chicken
1 tsp Chilli Powder
3 number Chillies
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 number Egg
3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
to fry Oil
1 cup Onions
1 tsp Pepper
to taste Salt
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tsp Venigar


DIRECTIONS OF USE
1. Take a bowl and mix Chicken,soya Sauce, Chilli powder, salt, pepper, cornflour, Ginger Garlic paste,egg, lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
2. If it loose then you can add some more cornflour.
3. Now take frying pan and deep fry marinated chicken pieces in oil.
4. Now put 2-3tsps of oil and fry chillies and onions.
5. Add chicken pieces and add venigar on the pieces and serve hot.
6. Now pock into a kabob stick if u want u can add rosted camsicom ect.....
