
1 Medium Cabbage
1 stalk Curry Leaves
1 Cup Oil
5 Limes or 80 ml Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Tamarind paste
1/2 Garlic
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
3 Teaspoons Red chili pepper Powder
2 Teaspoons Mustard seeds
2 Teaspoons Jeera
1/2 Teaspoon Menthi seeds
2 Pinches Asafoetida
2 or 3 Teaspoons Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and cut the Cabbage and Garlic into pieces.
Mix all Mustard, Jeera and Menthi seeds and Fry it for 3 mins
Blend the Mix (Mustard, Jeera and Menthi seeds) to fine powder
Take a vessel and mix Cauliflower Pieces, Garlic Pieces, Chilli Powder, Lime Juice, Salt, Tamrind Paste Turmeric and powder
Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds, Jeera, Asafoetida and Curry Leaves and fry it for two mins and add the Mix.
Cabbage Pickle is ready.
