
SHRIMP COCONUT MASALA FRY

1 pound shrimp
3 TBL spoon oil
1 TBL spoon red chilli powder
1/2 T spoon Musted
1/2 T spoon jeera
1 small onion
1/2 cup coconut powder
4 to 5 chopped green chilli
1 1/2 T spoon salt
1/4 T spoon turmeric
1 TBL spoon ginger, garlic paste
1 TBL spoon daniya powder
2 TAB spoon yougart
1 TBL spoon butter
cilantro & curryleaves
METHOD
1. Add oil in hot pan
2. Add musted, jera, onion, chilli powder, gingr garlic paste, daniyapowder & turmeric

METHOD
1. Add oil in hot pan
2. Add musted, jera, onion, chilli powder, gingr garlic paste, daniyapowder & turmeric
3.Now add coconut powder , salt & chopped chilli (as much as you like spice)
4.Fry shrimp in butter in another pan untill light goldsh brown color , curryleaves, cilantro

5.pore shrimp mix into masala pan and mix with yougart close the lid & off the stove.
