BESAN LADDU
Ingredients
2 cups of Besan (gram flour ) 2 tablespoons semolina floue(fine sooji)
1 cup Ghee
1.5 cups of powdered / castor sugar
1/2 tsp of Nutmeg powder
Directions
Roast the Besan and sooji in ghee till it is golden color
Let this cool down completely. Add the sugar, nutmeg powder, mix thoroughly and roll into ladoos.
Garnish with nuts
This is the way to Prepare delicious Besan laddu
