FISHFRY


Ingredients:

1 tilapia (cut into steaks about 5-6 pieces and washed)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4-6 curry leaves
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/2 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tbsp red chiili pwd (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp lemon juice


Grind to paste:

1&1/2 large onion
2-3 green chillies
3-4 curry leaves
1 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin pwd
1/2 tsp corriander pwd
Salt enough for the onion


Mix all the above with the fish and keep aside for 15- 20 minutes or longer if you can.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add the curry leaves and when they start to splutter,
add the marinated fish pieces one by one and cook on medium- low heat for 5 mins on each side. Keep aside.
