MERAPAKAYA BAJJI




Ingredients:

Green chillies 10
Ground nut 1/4 cup
Dry coconut powder 1/4 cup
Mint 1/2 bunch
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt as per
Tamirind small lime shape
Oil
Besan 1/2 kg
Soda pinch
one small onien

preparetion:

*Wash and open the chillies and remove seeds.
*First fry ground nut and remove skin of it,grind ground nut,dry coconutpowder, mint,coriander,cumin seeds,salt,soaked tamirind
*Now fill in the chillies with graind stuff.
*Mix besan , salt and soda with water till it forms batter slightly thick batter.dip stuffed chillis in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
*choppe onien very nice and stuffed in fryed chilli.
