SHAHI PANEER




SHAHI PANEER

COOKING TIME 40 MIN

INGREDIENTS:

*1 cup almonds(with out skin look good)
*1 Tbsp oil
*1 inch cinnamon
*5 clove
*4 cardamom
*1 star flower(it lookk like flower sorry i forgot name)
*1 tsp shahi jeera(black kumin seeds)
*1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
*1/4 tsp pepper (power)
*1 big onion(chopped)
*1 tsp coriander(powder)
*1/4 tsp garam masala powder
*250 gms paneer
*1 tbsp khoya
*1/4 cup cream
*1/2 tsp suger
*salet

PREPARATION:

*Make a past of almond with little water
*Heat oil in pan add garam masala whole &shageera
*Add finely chopped onions,genger garlic paste
*Add black pepper, coriander powders
*Finally add almond past bring to boill all this things add salt cooke untill little bit thikker about 30 min.make sure it shouid not stick to pan bottam so just mix well.add pinch os sugar.
*Now panieer, garam masal powder koya, and creemboil 5 to 10 min
*SHAHI PANEER ready to serv.
