AVAKADA DIP


Avakada dip

INGREDIENTS :
2 soft avocados
1 Green chili finely chopped
2 flakes garlic minced
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 medium size tomato finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro

Method:

1.Cut the avocados into halves. Remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl.

2.Use a fork to mash the avocado. Stir in lemon juice, chili,salt, and olive oil garlic. Before serving add tomato's.

3.Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Serve with corn chips....................
