COOKIES


BUTTER BISCUTS

Ingredients:

Butter 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

Egg 1

All purpose Flour 1 1/3 cup

Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Ground cardamom 1/8 tsp

Finally chopped Hazelnuts 1/2 cup

Method:


1.In a bowl ,cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2.Beat in egg.Combine the flour,baking soda and cardamom.Ass to creamed mixture and mix well.

3.Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4.Shape into smal leamon size balls,roll in chopped nuts.Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheet bake at 350 degree for2 0 min or until lightly browned.

5.Remove to wire rack to cool.

6.Sprinkle little sugar on top.
