CHAPATI



Chappathi

Ingredients:

Chappathi flour – 300 gms
Oil – 5 tsp
Salt to taste
Water – approx. 3 Small Cups

Chappathi Preparation:

Add the chappathi flour to a bowl, add the salt mix them among the flour , Now take enough water in a cup and add the water by parts,
make sure that you don’t add more water.Make the chappathi flour add oil and mix well make a soft dough.keep a side in 1 hour before the chappathis are done.
Tack a small parts of dough and roll with rolling pin with some dry flour little thick not tooo thin..
Heat the tawa and put the chappathi on top of it. just cook for 10 sec let it chapathi cook little bit hard . now tack tha tawa from flame and palce chapathi on flame(like in pic)
Now it puffs round and pretty turn it and remove from flame..
pula is ready to sarve..
Tip:Mix with little warm water when u mix the dough
After making pulka palce it in airlock box keep a 2 to 3 paper towel or a cotten clouth in box and palce chapthi
