COCONUT BURFI


Ingredients:
Coconut powder 2 cups
16 oz condensed milk
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed almonds for decoration


Method:


1.Roast dry coconut powder in a heavy bottom pan on medium heat till you get its aroma all over...do not brown it.


2.Now add condensed milk to it and stir continuously.Just enough to make a very thick paste.


3.Add cardamom powder to it....


4.Grease a plate and spread the mixture and flatten the mixture with a spatula.


5.Sprinkle crushed almonds for decoration.
