SOOJI UPMA



Urad- 1spoon
mustard seeds – 1tsp
Chana dal – 2 tsp
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Ginger – 5 gms
Sooji – 1-1/2 cup
Jeera – 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Carrot (chopped) -1/4 cup
Green peas- 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 5
(1) Rost sooji untill light golden brown
(2) Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, ginger, chillies,cashew nuts, curry leaves,Carrot, greenpeas and onions.
Add one by one fry them well . Then add water 2 cups for let it boill some timee when the water start babulling add 1 cup of sooji.
Add required salt. Let it cook for about 25 minutes in a low flame. Finally add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chutnies or with peenut powder...
