Tamoto avkayya



Ingredients:

*Tamoto 1 kg
*Oil 1/4 kg
*Tamrend 150 grms
*Chilli powder 125 grms
*Salt 1/4 kg
*Ginger garlic past 1/4 kg
*Jera powder 50 grms
*Methi powder 25 gr
*Jeera 2 spoons
*Masted 1 t spoon
*Inguva picnh

METHOD:
(1) Make tamrend pulp and cut the tometos and keep to gether in large bowel after one hr..
(2)Graind tamrend and tamoto to geter now add chilli powder, jera powder, meti powder,
keep in aside now tack pan and put oil and fry jeera and musted let it cool and mix with tamoeto paste now mix with gingergarlic past
it stey up to 2 monthes....
